I would assume he would have been better off never taking it home and leaving it at the dealer and not titling it, thus making it a used car. Who the hell pays that much over sticker for any car thats not custom made??

could have sworn I saw a white c63 bs, 2012, last week in natick center, guess maybe more around east coast? for serious... I can understand wanting to make money off it, but dude give it a couple years to appreciate, dont try making 50g's on it the day you take delivery. Is a nice car though, but I hate when people start listing things like, oh, one of only 20 cars with carbon package, and in white, and track package, blah, blah...lol, then my car is a 1 of 1, my exact rims, in that exact color, with the exact package, exact HU, exact engine mods, exact carbon accents, etc, etc... Maybe should ask 100K for my car, lol

WOW... what a jack ass... Thats a benz... its already depreciated $50k just taking it off the lot.

I love my benzes and AMGs but there is nothing "collectable" with any modern day car that's less than $600k

He'd better ask that while it's still current. He's probably figuring the bs may be like a Ferrari, where limited availability of new cars makes the used (and immediately available) versions of the current model worth more than the sticker of the new ones.

I do still think he's on crack, but it makes more sense to try to sell it now for a huge markup than paying to store it for 30 years and hope it becomes a classic. The two worst outcomes are that he sells it now for less than $50k markup he's looking for, or he just keeps it and drives it.
