It definately sounds pretty good for a stock exhaust. I'll probably leave it til I get bored....or hear Jeff's car for an entire rally

No need for performance or track packs

    Nice. Love the recaros.

I guess the performance pack is cool because you get the push button dampening but I am thinking you will change suspension later anyway. Limited slip is also not a bad thing with such a high HP car. As for track pack, it is all cooling right?

The non pp car still has a limited slip- just not a Torsen differential.

I also didn't like the wheels for the svtpp- nor did i feel the need for extra coolers. Seemed like an extra $6k that I didn't need to spend

So are you leaving stock wheels or do you already have new ones for it? I thought I saw something about new wheels in this thread.

    Keeping stock wheels!

John- the gt500 has an LSD, the gt500 with performance pack comes with a Torsen LSD

Clutch stacks not viscous. Just like my diff. Ford doesn't use viscous diffs as far back as I can remember.
Torsen works off driveshaft torque clutch pack diff works off wheel spin/resistance I believe.

Your stock wheels look great, nice when something stock is a keeper. But I'm sure the wheelies here will try and talk you into changing

Ahh cool, always thought the car came without limited slip. I guess you are right about the coolers up here in the Northeast too. Supercharger = Heat but for $6k? I am sure there are some aftermarket solutions if you feel the need later. Beast of a car either way.

stock rims looks sick, I wouldn't change them in a hurry unless you find a crazy deal on something

I have never liked any OEM rims on any car, but these OEM rims are perfect for the car. I saw a red one today and I have to say I really, really, really like it.
