    the owner was wrong of his part of lashing out on fb, ruined his restaurants image. customer should of complained on the spot during the dinner instead of putting on fb a day after or so.

    if the woman left an actual reasonable complain thats one thing, but who in the world would:

    1) eat an entire thanksgiving meal
    2) order desert
    3) dislike desert without telling anyone working there
    4) wait 1 day
    5) wait 2 days
    6) wait 3 days
    7) wait 4 days
    8) wait 5 days and then post a complain

    should sue the woman for defamation

    she prolly didnt want to cause a scene so just paid the bill and left...then decided she did want to cause a scene, was prolly drunk when she posted

    regardless of her actions there is no justification for insulting a customer like that, and anyone who does it on a public domain is clearly a complete idiot and also possibly committing business suicide

    I never complain about food while I'm in the restaurant. I just won't go back. I certainly don't want the waitress to relay my complaints to the kitchen and then have them bring me more food by way of compensation.

    If you think the kitchen staff would never do anything unprofessional to that food, take a look at this jackass' facebook responses.

    I've worked in kitchens that would make the stuff in Waiting seem sanitary. Give ten guys in a hot kitchen the chance to vent and you don;t want to eat the result.
