do you guys store them electronically? load the info on to a computer r somewhere else? Anyone have one of those iPhone apps that transcribes them to a phonebook contact?
I put them on my desk until I have a chance to enter them into outlook. once they're entered, I put them in alphabetical order by company (I usually end up with several contacts within the same company and this is the easiest way to find them for me) and then put them in the plastic boxes that my business cards come in.
I've been thinking of picking up a rolodex, but it seems like just another thing to collect dust on my desk since I rarely have to refer back to them.
Between hard drive crashes, phones confiscated by the mexican authorities when I'm being brought to jail and corporate contact management software that I wouldn't trust to store old cookie recipes, I have had to go back to the cards and rebuild from scratch a few times. I tried a binder with the plastic sheets but that was a GIANT pain in the ass if you want to keep them in any particular order.
