So after looking at all the various side skirt options, I ended up ordering a set of Forcewerkz CF side skirt extensions last week. They appear to be very similar in design to the Downforce and Platte Forme extensions.. all three may be manufactured from same place? It shipped same day and arrived via FedEx ground in about 4 business days from CA to MA.. Now that's fast service! It's a 2x2 weave, 100% CF piece. Weave and finish was good and the fitment was excellent. They lined up pretty much perfectly to the OEM side skirts with very little to zero gap. The only complaint I heard from Phil was the self tapping screw they provided were cheap.. So he ended up using rivets instead. There were no installation instructions either but it was not hard to figure out.

    sexy legs ROFL

The ends are perfect.. pretty much flush with the OEM side skirts

Looks pretty nice with the M3 GTS door sills

So much carbon fiber under the car waiting to get ripped off on our shitty roads D:

Top of car is 1x1 weave CF.. bottom of car is all 2x2.. seems to work out well as a car nerd fashion statement.

    beautiful
since you got cf front splitter, rear valence, trunk spoiler, and on the sides. Have you thought about CF mirrors?

I thought about it and even photoshopped it.. but I'm indifferent to the look... so i'll just stick with the stock orange mirrors.. I think my next mod will be the 1M/M3 hybrid bumper with Slek CF lip.. Phil said he'd be interested in trying to make one (and I have a spare M3 bumper.. just have to buy an OEM 1M bumper) This will be a mod for next spring.. I'll probably have him make one over the winter for me in his "free time" =)

EDIT: leaving this here because I'm probably gonna need this info later:

Oh some dude in one of those big Ford F150's pulls up to me yesterday and asks "you hit your fender?" I was like Wat?? (I though someone hit me ROFL).. he was like "with your tires?" I was like OH LOL.. I don't rub if that's what's your asking.. he's like that's impossible, your car is so low how do you not hit your fenders?????

why do people think my car is so low? It's like a mere 3/4" lower in front and only 1/4" lower in back

it must be all the extra stuff hanging from underneath ur car (diffuser, skirts)

makes the car look low to the ground

The tires do look super close. Driving behind you on cabot there were a few times going over bumps on the highway that I really couldn't believe nothing hits.

The CF additions look really good on the car. It looks amazing and very unique! I just had fun going through your thread and reading this sentence from your first post Even though they might be reversible, it's still a ton of mods!
