1000x this. We're in boost constantly. These engines won't go 12 hours doing that. Need to run lowered boost. The car was fast enough at 6 psi.

Let the stock boost equal the total boost A + B =12

Let the boost you want to run equal 7.5 A= 7.5

    A+B/A = ~ phi
That is the best logic I've read all day.

didnt you rebuild the engine over the winter though? or was that just the spare?

We rebuild every race. Engines still barely make it.

Ha. I've never once kept track of my budget. And they never ask me to prove anything. Don't think I usually go over the 500, but I certainly did for this race.

Edit. Dj, my phone won't show whatever you posted.

Since getting my room painted on Tues I have gone from almost 3 packs of cigarettes a day to 1 pack. Getting use to just using the e-cig in house, wife is very happy about this

    extremely bored at work.

Was thinking about what I would do if I ever won the lottery. On the list would be a ball pit filled with crumpled up $100s.

    To fill a 10 x 10 x 2.5 deep pit, its would cost about 4.3 million dollars, assuming each bill takes up 16 cubic inches. (2 x 2 x 2" block)
