The game looks photorealistic in some areas. I haven't heard any reviews yet, but some people who've played it say it's boring. I don't know how you make a racing game boring (unless you can't mod the cars or something to the level of Gran Turismo), but they may be considering the collision and damage isn't there in a realistic way. But everything I've seen shows they have the sensation of speed nailed down and the sounds of the cars just shame the GT series.

Graphics are fantastic, only worry is the gameplay which looks to be extremely arcady. Forza Horizon 2 looks a little worse, but the physics model looks to be miles ahead.

I don't think they've denied the fact it's more of an arcade racer than sim. It's been likened to Project Gotham Racing.

I totally understand that it's suppose to be an arcady game, but I think games at this level of development should still start with a decent model of the car itself and then put a more arcady wrapper around it. That's something that Forza Horizon is very good at doing, they start with a really detailed physics engine and then make it feel more arcady.

I guess long story short, If i see exterior models so detailed, I just expect everything that goes on inside of the car to be detailed as well.

I hate forza horizon so much. Regular forza is best forza. If only they didn't get rid of half the cars, and all the porsches, I would already have an xbox one.

I just got the PS4 and about to preorder DriveClub
Love Forza and I believe that there is still no game that is comparable to it in terms of realistic gameplay in the racing game category.
But another I am looking forward to and if anyone wants to join or build a Yuppie Racing team is The Crew!!!!!!

Game is every bit as sexy and fun as the videos show. The online play has been a nightmare for the first 2 weeks I tried to play, but I did get on long enough to make a YuppieRacing club and paint scheme (matte white w/glossy red star symbol). It can be updated as more graphics get unlocked....with online play.

But, I had to send in my PS4 for service because it kept spitting out discs. If anyone wants an invite my PSN ID is "skoles".
