  1. #1 Default New here.
Just joined the forum. Don't know why it took so long. I've attended some of the cars and coffee events at larz. Met Pete. Awesome guy. Anyways. My name is Lewis. I am an aircraft mechanic. So any airplane questions. Feel free to ask. Lol.
I drive a 2012 civic si. I know, I know. But it's not that lame. Supercharged. 350hp. Tons of carbon fiber everywhere. Big brembo brakes. And tasteful in my opinion.

I also have a 1998 Mercedes C43 AMG. I plan on doing a 55 swap next year. But for now just trying to keep it alive and rust free. Too many of these are totalled or rotted. And there isn't that many to begin with.
Anyways. Here's some pics. Sorry if this is the wrong section.

Thank you. It's got a tiny Tiny spot of rust I need to take care of soon. All mercedes of this era are plagued with a tendency to rust. Unfortunately.

Finally made it over here! Welcome.

The water based paint they used those years was awful. Everything rusted
The disease runs deep, relapses often, not looking for a cure, just another sick bastard to share it with.
