  1. #1 Default Ben & Jerry's Cruise Saturday, 4-30-16
Hello everyone, been thinking about putting this together for a few weeks now. Chris (cegan09) Sam (splatt) and I did a similar drive last year and it was pretty good. We will take route 100 up through Vermont to the Ben & Jerry's factory in Waterbury with a stop/detour on route 17. Route 17 is probably my favorite road I've driven in New England and route 100 is pretty great as well. It's a pretty long trip, would guess at least 4 hours there, depending on the meet spot, but its a very enjoyable drive. Last time we ate lunch at a pub in Waterbury, but I am not sure it would be ideal for a large group since there is pretty much only street parking. We'll see how many people are interested and go from there with regard to lunch.

I expect we will leave pretty early, by 9am in order to have time to make it there at a reasonable hour. Hope you guys can make it!

    -Pete

In obviously. We may consider skipping 17. I know it's blasphemy, but I was talking to some guys that live up there this weekend, they say it's obliterated after the winter. Just something to consider.

In! I was planning a drive along VT100. Going in a group sounds even better.

Grab some Heady Topper while up there. Bandit style.

Basically Impossible to get Heady Topper on weekends. You have to be at a store as the delivery truck arrives, and that all happens on week days.

We're meeting at the Market Basket on Amherst st in Nashua, you can jump off the highway on either exit 7W or 8. Leaving at 9am, so be there a little early.

The route is about 4.5 hours up to ben and jerrys, so we'll be there around around 2 assuming we stop once on the way up. On the way home we can either repeat the same drive or take highway for a shorter return.

Fantastic day, thanks! Definitely worth going just for heady topper!
I liked how everyone switched to the right lane when the trooper was turning around somewhere in NH haha
