Guys, I'm starting to think about a new watch...

Not def saying I'm gonna buy, but I'm saying I want one... no replicas, preferably no used watches, nothing too flashy but something nice...

My price range is a tough range to buy in but I'm thinking no more then $3k... what can you recomend?

My dream watch is a zenith Grand Port Royal Open Concept but at $7k I'm still not going to get it...

-Currently in my collection I have a TW Steel(kicker watch) with a rubber strap... my beat around watch.

    -Omega Seamaster

That's a time piece baby. It's more like a piece of time. Reminds me of middle school. Imagine how many time capsules that's in. I never had one personally, but I know several people who did.

too flashy for me... I used to be all about breitling... I wanted one of the Bentley watches for ever... then it was the IT watch to have... now it has gone the way of the rolex, Copies and replicas everywhere... I prefer a watch that only watch enthusiasts would recognize...

Watch uses the Zenith El Primero movement which has a bit of history, it was used in a number of Rolexes for a long time.

Also love the IWC Portugese(just not big enough)

Pete, big list in your price range.

I've had an eye on this for a while, Bell & Ross limited edition.

can you give me suggestions? Since you seem to have the best collection on the board... you might have the most accurate idea of what I am gonna find in that price range

Jeff is into everything. Watches, cars, home audio, are you just a super hobbyist or what?

This is the watch I have worn for years....

This was $800-$1000 back when I bought it, but they can be had for like $250 these days. It's a Sector. Not too special compared to some of the MANY great watches out there.

Pete is this a daily beater/tool watch? Or a dress watch?
