    Hi,
    It's been awhile since I wrote !
I was in Korea for winter break.
Over the vacation, I've spent some time searching for a new car !

I've put it down to 2006 E46 M3 conv and 2011 VW GTI

However, I prefer M3 better because I've always wanted to drive this car!

Since, It will be hard to find excellent condition M3 nowadays....I want you guys' opinions.

    Thank you.
    TK

Get S5 and be done, going for the luxury of the Audi to an older car i think is a mistake. I have nothing against those cars but the interior of the Audi sold me over the BMW and compareable cars.

Depends on why you want to switch cars. Out of the E46 M3 and the GTI, I'd say get the M3. But if you buy an LSB E46 M3 vert you'll end up with a GTI anyways .....

The only reason I'd ditch the S5 for those cars is for cash reasons. The a5 is better than both. But m3 anyyyyy day over a vdub. I despise vdubs tho, also the reason I hate audi but even a bmw lover knows a5 trumps old m3

best option is to keep what you've got... but out of the options you chose M3

I say keep the Audi you have now. Not worth the trouble in the end. Get a nice detail and one of those "new car" scented air fresheners and call it a day.

you can definitely get a nice and clean E46 m3 vert. Its all down to how much you are willing to pay. There are some mint 06 ones out there for like 30K - 35K.

its kinda hard to compare the two of them. totally different animals. I think if you dont get the M3 though, you will regret it like a week after you buy the GTi as good as the GTi might be.
    Oh Yeah!

    e92 335iS or e92 m3

I sold my 335i coupe to get the AMV8 and I missed the 335i a lot.
I still wish I hadnt sold the 335i.

Just plain awesome driving experience despite the rattles and rather dull but well made interior
