Great seat. I've seen them get good safety reviews, too. Is that the carbon version?

How old is your kid? I was considering the recaro for my son a few years ago, but after reading reviews, i heard that once they get 40lb+ they don't find it comfortable so I went with the Simpson seat, then a regular seat...

I did alot of research on these and although not as popular here in the UK they're one of the top 5 safest seats. This version isn't carbon though, nor could I find one in CF in their current line. But I think you might be thinking of the prototype Sparco Wingman seat that was in CF but never released (I wanted that so bad lol).

My son just hit the 11month and 22lbs mark, so he's at the bare minimum height and weight for this particular model (Prosport). I did read alot about bigger/older kids not fitting well too, something about short straps etc. My son is on the smaller build size so I don't think it will become too much of an issue but we'll see as he gets older.

I did switch it over to booster mode yesterday for my niece and she's about 40lbs and seemed to fit fine but she's also very small.

Yes, the wingman was avail for a limited time, but only licenced by sparco, not sold by them.

my daughter loves sitting in them; hours long trips are no prob - hoping daughter 2.0 does too

Oooo I like the colors. Buhbee got the grey/ black one, thankfully matches gn. I let mommy take it for the saab tho, mel loves it so she can use it more in there. Not suRe how its going to be as a booster, it does look like its goin to be snug.
