Mix it up every day. One pot beef stroganoff is my favorite and only takes about 30 min or less to make if you're in a rush. Home made pizza is real easy and cheap to make, stir fry, lunch meat sandwiches, basically anything we have in the fridge at home. One thing that's very healthy and an easy meal is grilled chicken, pita bread and a salad can all be made at home much much cheaper than buying out. just takes planning. That's all.

Edit: if you're looking for a breakfast meal that will last you a few days, try making breakfast pizza. Simple. You can make your own dough for if you don't have time, patience to do so, try buying it at your local whole foods or trader joe's. throw half cooked egg on the rolled out dough (best to "pound it out" (lol) rather than using a roller, helps the dough rise better in the oven), and after the egg is on there, i usually throw cheese, then peppers, breakfast sausage, onion, etc. or whatever you want. You can even keep it in the fridge for a couple days or if you prefer, the freezer once cooked of course.

I work from home, so I usually eat leftovers for lunch. I'm probably going to have a burrito tomorrow, though.

Stopped at Venda Ravioli on the way back home from the URI car show yesterday (which was awesome by the way). Always pick up a couple of sandwiches for lunch on my way back from NY since its a short drive from 95. Definitely best value for what you get there and always great service and great food. They make sure everything is fresh and you can either eat there, or take it home.

You must either really hate yourself or really like those sandwiches if you're willing to drive the full length of 95 in CT.

Haha I hardly ever go down 95 these days. I-84 is where its at. Grandparents live in South Salem, NY so its either 95 or I-84 lol. Sometimes though I ask myself that very same question lol.
