Default Need some help getting some wiring harnesses manufactured?

I am looking to have some wiring harnesses made to clean up the 55watt retrofit I did to my M3... anyone know who I could work with? I also need a clip made or sourced...

Getting one made is going to be very expensive. Painless is the best company on the market when it comes to wiring IMO, you should check them out and see if they do custom one-off harnesses. I don't see why they wouldn't.

See if you can get me some kind of a part number or something on the plug. How many are you looking to have made? I can get thousands from China for pennies a piece, but I bet you don't need anywhere need that many.

I could hook you up with the guy that made my plug & play harness for the Chevy V8 to Mazda wiring.

No clue if he does any other harnesses but he makes these harnesses for extra money on the V8RX7forum.

He's the same guy that build my motor.

looking to make some wiring harnesses for a modification to an BMW E46(3 series chassis 99-06) bixenon headlamp... I need them to be water tight... more importantly looking to have a clip manufactured to creat this harness... it is a non regular clip for the factory xenon ballast...

looking to make this kit for me to sell as an almost plug and play replacement for expensive factory components. I also need some rubber grommets to fit a specific size hole. where the factory wires run through.

Sorry I didnt see this sooner Pete,

Check realoem.com to find the connectors and pins you need. Then you can make your own mil-spec harness pretty easily.

Check out http://www.chasebaysonline.com/ for ideas.

I'm late to this...

Painless won't make you anything unless you order a LOT of custom harnesses, like hundreds or thousands.

I've had Chase McMaster make me several harnesses from chasebays, he and the company he works with for wiring might be able to make something but they mostly specialize in re-wraps or engine bay projects. Drop him a line and see if they can do what you need.
